Last updated: 20 May 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Stablemate Inc. ("Stablemate", "we", "our", "us"), a Florida, USA corporation with its principal office at 215 Pine Cedar, Brooks, Georgia 30205, United States. By accessing or using stablemate.inc (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site is a marketing and information resource describing Stablemate's thoroughbred stud management software and related services. It is not the Stablemate application itself. Use of the Stablemate application by paying customers is governed by separate contractual agreements signed with each customer.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the "Stablemate" name and horse-and-globe mark, software, and the underlying design — is owned by Stablemate Inc. or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may view, download, and print individual pages of the Site for personal or internal business reference. You may not republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Quotes from existing Stablemate customers shown on the Site are used with their permission and remain their words.

5. Forward-looking statements and accuracy

We try to keep information on the Site — including pricing, feature descriptions, and the comparison with other platforms — accurate and current. However:

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding commercial offer until confirmed in writing.

6. Links to third-party sites

The Site contains links to third-party websites (for example, our LinkedIn page). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses, or always accessible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stablemate Inc., its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the legal theory, will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers or limitations, in which case the above applies to the maximum extent permitted by your local law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stablemate Inc. harmless from any claim, loss, or damage — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of any protections you are entitled to under your local mandatory consumer law. UK and EU residents may also contact our UK office (Lionel Rodgers, Millers Barn, Greet Farm, Greet Road, Winchcombe, Gloucestershire GL54 5LB) for any matter arising under these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stablemate Inc. regarding your use of the Site.
