Accessibility

Accessibility Statement.

We want this site to work for everyone. Here's where we are, what we know we still need to fix, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

Our commitment

Stablemate is built for an industry where stud managers, vets, bookkeepers, and yard staff all need access to the same information — sometimes from a desktop in the office, sometimes from a phone at the crush. The same principle applies to this marketing website: it should be usable regardless of the device, browser, screen size, or assistive technology you bring to it.

Standards

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is the standard most regulators (UK Equality Act, EU Accessibility Act, US ADA expectations) reference for digital accessibility.

What we've done

Known limitations

We're honest about what's not perfect yet:

If you've found something else that gets in your way, please tell us — see below.

Browser and assistive technology support

This site is tested on:

Older browsers may render the site with degraded styling but the content should remain readable.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility problem on stablemate.inc — anything from missing alt text to a form you couldn't complete — please tell us. We treat accessibility issues as bugs and aim to respond within five working days.

If your feedback concerns a specific page, the URL is the most useful thing you can include. If you're using assistive technology, telling us which (e.g. "NVDA on Firefox") helps us reproduce the problem.
